Armchair designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni for Azucena, the Milan firm he co-founded in 1947 — one of the defining forces in Italian design's postwar rationalist movement. A slim, solid steel frame lets the striped velvet upholstery do the visual work, giving the chair a light, almost linear presence despite its comfort. Original upholstery, in excellent condition.
