Ibisco Solaris Leather Dining Chairs

Franco Vattolo designed the 'Solaris' chair for Ibisco in the 1970s as the seating counterpart to his patchwork leather tables — same tailor's instinct for stitched hide, applied here to a saddle leather seat that wraps a solid walnut frame. The leather is pulled taut and cinched at the seams the way a saddle is built, giving each chair a structured, equestrian edge against the warmth of the wood.
